Derek Hough posted a video to Instagram Stories, the 32-year-old took a huge leap into a swimming pool following his gruelling workout on Thursday.

 The Utah native was dressed in just navy sports shorts as he anxiously shook his head before the anticipated jump.

Taking the plunge, Derek kept his body taut as he jumped into the pool, merited with an excitable 'woo!'
